About the Author
Dan Chapman was born in Glen Cove, New York in 1946–one of 10 siblings–to a medical doctor father and nurse mother. He attended Locust Valley Elementary School, graduated from Harborfields High School in Greenlawn, New York in 1964, and New Paltz State College in 1968 with a degree in geology. He then taught physics for 15 years before graduating from Baylor Law School in 1986. He currently practices law in Texas.
